Bithart / Website information

Privacy.

Share enough to begin a useful conversation. Please do not submit passwords, confidential client records or sensitive personal information through this website.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form asks for contact, company and project details. Required fields are marked. These details are used to understand your request and respond to it. The form validates the information on the server and applies basic abuse protection.

When the form offers an email draft, submitting the form does not send an enquiry to Bithart. You choose whether to open and send the draft from your email application. If direct delivery is configured, the form instead identifies the action as sending an enquiry and confirms whether delivery succeeds.

The project diagnostic

The three-question diagnostic runs in your browser. It does not require an email address. Choosing to discuss the resulting brief carries your selected answers into the contact page; the contact form explains the next action before you submit.

Bitsy, the AI guide

When you allow AI processing and send a message to Bitsy, the current conversation is sent through Bithart’s server to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic processes that content under its applicable service terms. Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential client records or sensitive personal information. AI replies can be mistaken and do not create a contract, quote or confirmed booking.

This application does not save or log chat transcripts. Conversation state is held in browser memory, not cookies or local storage. Closing Bitsy stops an in-progress reply but keeps the conversation available in the current page session; “Clear chat” removes that conversation from the interface. Reloading the page also clears this browser state. This does not erase information already processed by Anthropic or technical records maintained by infrastructure providers.

The guided project-brief form works locally without sending its answers to the AI. If you choose “Continue to contact”, your reviewed brief is carried to the enquiry form in memory, not in the URL. It is not submitted by that action. A brief made during an AI conversation has necessarily been processed as part of that conversation. Basic abuse controls use a hashed network address and request counts held temporarily in server memory; they do not store your message content.

Technical information

The hosting service processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The current website does not include advertising pixels or a third-party behavioural analytics integration. Fonts and site visuals are served with the site rather than requested from a third-party font service.

Handling your information

Do not send material that you are not authorised to share. Detailed project information, access arrangements and any handling of client data should be agreed separately as part of an engagement.

Questions and requests

For questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion, contact contact@bithart.com. Include enough context to identify the enquiry without sending additional sensitive records.
