How is a project scoped?
We review the workflow, users, data, integrations, deployment and support expectations, then agree deliverables, assumptions and acceptance criteria before implementation.
What does an AI Architecture Sprint include?
Workflow discovery, a prioritised opportunity, architecture choices, feasibility questions and a build roadmap. It is the updated name for the earlier Opportunity Sprint.
Are hosting and model usage included?
Only where the proposal says so. Engineering, management and provider consumption are identified explicitly; usage-dependent costs are not presented as a universal fixed fee.
What happens at handover?
Documentation, source-code access where agreed, operating responsibilities, training and acceptance are part of the delivery scope. Third-party licences continue to apply.
